Order Cancellation Period:

Eligibility for Cancellation:
In-stock items: If your order contains items that are currently in stock and has not been processed for shipping, you are eligible for a cancellation.
Pre-order items: Pre-order items can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the cancellation may not be possible as the item may have entered the shipping process.
Refund for Canceled Orders:
If your order is eligible for cancellation as per the above conditions, we will process a refund to the original payment method used during the checkout process. The refund amount will be equal to the total order value, including any applicable taxes or shipping charges.
Exceptions:
Certain items or order types may not be eligible for cancellation, such as personalized/customized items or items that have already been shipped. In such cases, our customer support team will advise you on available options.
Change of Mind:
If you simply changed your mind about the purchase and the order has already been processed, please refer to our Return and Retuns Policy for information on how to return the items after receiving them.
